Equipment Management
During their shift employees are required to lend out equipment to students:
Make sure that the student has filled out the required Equipment Loan Agreement Form (in Equipment Log Book)
Have students fill the form out with legible handwriting—we have to be able to read what it says.
Fill out the check-out sheet that is associated with the equipment number (on equipment)
